Fair Housing
Analysis of Impediments
This is a planning document that assists the City in identifying fair housing issues, contributing factors, and goals to affirmatively further fair housing.
Analysis of Impediments
The Assessment of Fair Housing is a five-year planning document that examines housing and demographic data to identify fair housing issues, determines contributing factors, and establishes goals to take meaningful action to address and overcome any fair housing issues identified. The Assessment of Fair Housing identified three fair housing issues in Paramount, including access to opportunity, disabled access, and access to decent and affordable housing. The current Assessment of Fair Housing was approved by the City Council on October 4, 2016 to cover program years 2017-2018 through 2021-2022.
