Community Emergency Response Team

The Paramount Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program empowers
community members by training volunteers in basic disaster response skills, such as:

• Fire safety
• Light search and rescue
• Team organization
• Disaster medical operations

The CERT program offers a consistent approach to volunteer training and organization that professional responders can rely on during disaster situations, allowing them to focus on more complex tasks during emergencies. Paramount CERT members enjoy a storied history of service and have been dispatched to multiple regional disaster in support of our local first-responders.
