Bid and RFP Opportunities

The City of Paramount seeks a Request for Proposal (RFP) from a professional Vendor that offers proven integrated solutions to replace the City’s existing finance system from Tyler Technologies – Tyler Financials Version 5.29.0.0. The Tyler Eden system is sunsetting for the City in 2027. The intent is to procure a qualified Vendor with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide a fully integrated, proven state-of-the-art Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system along with the professional services to complete the implementation of the ERP system.

All Vendors interested in submitting an RFP should register by emailing Financial Services Manager Anthony Martinez at amartinez@paramountcity.com  with the subject line of the email as “Intent to Submit RFP ERP – Vendor Name.”  Please indicate the intent to submit an RFP with the following information:

• Vendor Name
• Name and Title of Vendor Representative
• Point of Contact Information – Name, Email, and Phone Number

All Vendors interested in the RFP are highly encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person demonstration as soon as possible to introduce their products and to better prepare for their proposal submittals to the City. Please schedule all demonstrations with Financial Services Manager Anthony Martinez.

Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents are available electronically (PDFs) at no cost.
