PLHA Plan – State of California
The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) released the 2022 Entitlement and Non-Entitlement Local government formula component Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for approximately $335 million in calendar 2021 funds in addition to the $131 million remaining calendar year 2019 and calendar year 2020 funds for the Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) formula allocation program. City of Paramount applied for and received State funding over a five-year period.
