Over the past year, the Community Services and Recreation Department has embarked on a lengthy and thorough process to develop the City’s first-ever Parks Master Plan. This document establishes clear direction in the development and investment of City parks, facilities, and open spaces for the next ten years. In partnership with the community, the plan supports healthy lifestyles, community livability, park safety, and the overall quality of life in Paramount.
