Yard Sale Permit

Paramount Municipal Code Section 5.12.360 allows for a house, garage, or lawn sale to be conducted on a residential property for two (2) consecutive days once every 12 months. Yard sale permits are free. Online applications for yard sale permits must be submitted within two (2) business days before the start date of the yard sale. Online yard sale permits are typically processed and emailed back to the applicant within (1) one business day.

If you are applying for a house, garage, or lawn sale on a multi-unit residential property, then please complete the attached form and email it to CSsupport@paramountcity.com.

If you decide to cancel this permit, you must notify Paramount City Hall 24-hours before the start date of your yard sale to receive a new permit. To cancel, please call Customer Service at (562) 220-2018 or email at CSsupport@paramountcity.com.
