Public Safety Rebate Programs

The City is offering Paramount residents rebates of up to $350 for cat spay and neuter costs. This rebate program operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to one rebate per household.

Program Eligibility Guidelines:

• Applicant must be a resident of Paramount
• Stray cats and household pets are included in the program and eligible to receive a rebate
• Spay or Neuter procedure must be performed within 60 days of application date
• You must use a credit card, debit card, or cash to pay for the Spay or Neuter procedure
• Procedure must be performed at a licensed Animal Hospital or Veterinarian Clinic
• Applicant must provide an invoice or receipt from the facility where the Spay or Neuter procedure was performed. Documents must show the type of procedure performed and include the last four digits of any payment card used
• Rebate does not cover any optional costs or services associated with the Spay or Neuter procedure
• Applicant is responsible for any costs in excess of the $350 rebate amount
• Rebates are limited to one Spay or Neuter procedure per household
• There are no income restrictions or requirements associated with this program

To apply, fill out the online application below. Make sure you have completed the following requirements before submitting your rebate application:

1. Verify that your pet’s procedure was performed within 60 days of your application date
2. Verify that your invoice/receipt is from a licensed Animal Health Facility and includes the type of procedure performed
3. Verify that your invoice/receipt shows the method of payment, and the last four digits of any payment card used
4. Make sure you upload a copy of your receipt/invoice documents

⚠ WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED?

• We do not accept incomplete rebate applications
• We do not accept rebate applications that are submitted outside the 60-day requirement
• We do not accept applicants who have already received a rebate. Only one rebate per pet/household
• We do not accept checks, cryptocurrency transactions, or any payment forms other than cash, credit, or debit

The City of Paramount is offering rebates of up to $200 for residential properties and $2,000 for businesses to purchase new security products. The rebate programs operate on a first come, first served basis with limited funds.

• Security Camera Systems
• Alarm Systems
• Motion Sensor Flood Lights with Cameras
• Doorbell Cameras

To apply, fill out the online application below. Make sure you have completed the following requirements before submitting your rebate application:

1. Your purchase date must be within 60 days of your application date.

2. You must use a credit card, debit card, or cash to purchase your security products or services (read below for more information). Make sure your receipt shows the last four digits of your card.

3. Make sure you upload a photo(s) that shows the security products installed on your property.

4. Make sure you upload a copy of your receipt or invoice.

5. Your receipt or invoice must show the purchase date, product amount, payment method, company name, and product description.

To ensure an easy rebate process, please do not have multiple transactions on your receipt or invoice.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED?

⚠ - We do not accept applicants who have already received a rebate. Only one rebate per household/business.

⚠ - We do not accept rebate applications for firearms, firearm accessories, or dangerous weapons.

⚠ - We do not accept incomplete rebate applications or rebate applications outside the 60-day requirement.
