Online Payment System Update
A temporary, guest online water bill payment option is now available at www.invoicecloud.com/CityofParamountCA.
The new InvoiceCloud system is expected to launch in late May to early June. We will notify customers when enrollment for updated payment options becomes available.
Temporary Service Interruption
Once the new system is fully active, customers will be able to enroll in updated online payment options. We will notify you when this becomes available.
Alternative Payment Methods
Residents may also use the following alternative payment methods to keep their accounts current:
- Mail: Check/Money Order
- Bill Pay: Through your financial institution’s online banking
- In person at City Hall (during business hours):
- Cash
- Check/Money Order
- Credit Card/Debit Card
- After‑hours Drop Box:
- Check/Money Order
