Citizen Participation Plan

Pursuant to United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, the City of Paramount prepared the Citizen Participation Plan which informs the public of the City’s procedures for encouraging citizen participation in the grants planning process for HUD-funded programs and projects.
