Online Payment System Update

We want to inform you of an important update to our online payment system. Our new payment platform, InvoiceCloud, is expected to launch in early April and will offer a more user‑friendly and streamlined payment experience.

Temporary Service Interruption

During this transition, online payments through the City’s website are temporarily unavailable.

Once the new system is fully active, customers will be able to enroll in updated online payment options. We will notify you when enrollment becomes available.

How to Make Payments During This Transition

Please use one of the following alternative payment methods to keep your account current:

  • Mail: Check/Money Order
  • Bill Pay: Through your financial institution’s online banking
  • In person at City Hall (during business hours):
    • Cash
    • Check/Money Order
    • Credit Card/Debit Card
  • After‑hours Drop Box:
    • Check/Money Order
