Animal Control
SEAACA removes dangerous animals, houses lost or unwanted animals, and reunites lost pets with their owners.
Pet License
Pet licensing services are provided by SEAACA to Paramount residents. To complete the licensing process, you will need a copy of your pet’s current rabies vaccination certificate.Pets
The Paramount Municipal Code lists a number of animals that residents are not allowed to keep as pets. These include: poultry, fowl, sheep, goats, horses, wild animals like monkeys and dangerous reptiles, and other beasts of burden.
