How to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Download the RFP document: Click on the link provided for each listing.
- Review the requirements: Carefully read the scope of work, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria.
- Submit your proposal: Ensure all required documents and forms are completed and submitted before the closing date. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Proposals may be submitted via email or delivered in person to the address specified in the RFP document.

Public notice is hereby given that the City of Paramount, as AGENCY, invites sealed bids for the above-stated project and will receive such bids in the office of the City Clerk, 16400 Colorado Avenue, Paramount, California 90723 up to the hour of 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened. Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents are available electronically (PDFs) at no cost. The bid documents may be obtained by sending an email request to the Public Works department at publicworksdept@paramountcity.com during normal business hours.
