Paramount Education Partnership (PEP)
The Paramount Education Partnership, or PEP, is an alliance between the City of Paramount, the Paramount Unified School District, and the Paramount Chamber of Commerce. It is dedicated to providing programs and services that increase the academic achievement and educational attainment of the City’s residents.

PEP Scholars Named for 2026 / Donors Recognized
The Paramount Education Partnership (PEP) awards annual college scholarships to local students attending a two- or four-year college or technical school through the generous donations of local businesses and individuals. Amounts range from $1,000 to $4,000.
This year, there were 17 scholarships totaling $67,000. Since 2004, PEP has given 596 college scholarships worth nearly $2 million dollars to local students.
