Housing

The City of Paramount strives to preserve and create and maintain safe, clean and affordable housing for all Paramount residents. The Planning Division administers the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships funding that the City receives from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

This funding makes it possible to fund a variety of programs and services, including home improvement grants and loans, alleyway improvements, and senior enrichment services.
