Environmental Documents
The City of Paramount is considered the lead agency for a number of different construction, infrastructure, and planning projects. The City reviews environmental documents that are prepared under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and CEQA Guidelines. Below are environmental documents for public review.

Gold Key Development 17 New Residential Units
The proposed development would involve the construction of seventeen, single-family, detached residential units. The new residential units would range in size from approximately 1,707 square feet to approximately 1,860 square feet. Three housing types are proposed and are referred to as Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C. The overall development density would be 16.3 units per acre. The units would be arranged linearly, with the garages facing the alleyway towards the west and the building frontages facing the east towards Paramount Boulevard.
