Public Art Master Plan

Recognizing the profound impact of artistic expression, Paramount developed its first-ever Public Art Master Plan (PAMP) to provide a unified vision for the selection, placement, growth, and ongoing management of public art around the City.
A key component of the plan’s development was the highly collaborative outreach campaign, “Your Voice. Our Canvas.” which elevated community voices during the creative process through a series of hands-on engagement activities. The City invited residents, students, businesses, and the community to participate so that future art pieces reflect the culture, spirit, and integrity of Paramount.
